Bokka treats it confidentially and shares it only with service providers and authorities as required. Customer data you see through the app is yours to handle responsibly under the PDPL. By ticking the "I Accept" checkbox or equivalent control in the Bokka Business app, the authorized representative of the Merchant confirms on behalf of the Merchant that the Merchant has read, understood, and accepted this Privacy Policy. Such acceptance is legally binding on the Merchant and, in accordance with the Electronic Transactions Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Royal Decree M/18), has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature. Bokka records the Merchant account identifier, the representative identifier, the IP address, the date and time, and the version of this Policy accepted, as evidence of acceptance.
بتحديد الممثل المفوض للتاجر مربع "أوافق" أو ما يعادله في تطبيق بوكّا للأعمال، يؤكد نيابةً عن التاجر أن التاجر قد قرأ سياسة الخصوصية هذه وفهمها وقبلها. ويُعدّ هذا القبول ملزماً للتاجر قانوناً، ويكون له — وفقاً لنظام التعاملات الإلكترونية في المملكة العربية السعودية الصادر بالمرسوم الملكي م/18 — أثر التوقيع اليدوي ذاته. وتسجّل بوكّا معرّف حساب التاجر ومعرّف الممثل وعنوان IP وتاريخ ووقت القبول ورقم إصدار هذه السياسة المقبولة كدليل على القبول.

In connection with your merchant account Bokka collects: (a) Business data — trade name, Commercial Registration number, VAT number (if any), address, and activity; (b) Authorized representative data — name, national ID or Iqama number, position, and contact details; (c) Staff data — names, roles, and working hours you provide; (d) Operational data — services, prices, availability, photos; (e) Financial data — bank account details (collected for future payment settlements); (f) Communications — messages, support requests, and documents submitted; (g) Device and usage data — device identifier, IP address, and timestamps.
في إطار حساب التاجر الخاص بك تجمع بوكّا: (أ) بيانات المنشأة — الاسم التجاري، ورقم السجل التجاري، ورقم ضريبة القيمة المضافة (إن وجد)، والعنوان، والنشاط؛ (ب) بيانات الممثل المفوض — الاسم، ورقم الهوية الوطنية أو الإقامة، والمسمى الوظيفي، وبيانات التواصل؛ (ج) بيانات الموظفين — الأسماء والأدوار وساعات العمل التي تقدّمها؛ (د) البيانات التشغيلية — الخدمات والأسعار والتوفر والصور؛ (هـ) البيانات المالية — بيانات الحساب البنكي (تُجمع لتسويات الدفع المستقبلية)؛ (و) الاتصالات — الرسائل وطلبات الدعم والمستندات المُقدَّمة؛ (ز) بيانات الجهاز والاستخدام — معرّف الجهاز وعنوان IP والطوابع الزمنية.
Through the Service you access personal data of Customers who book with you, including name, phone number, and booking details. With respect to that data you act as an independent data controller and are responsible for PDPL compliance. Bokka provides this data solely for fulfilling Bookings; you may not use it for other purposes without a separate lawful basis and consent.
تصل عبر الخدمة إلى بيانات شخصية للعملاء الذين يحجزون معك، بما في ذلك الاسم ورقم الهاتف وتفاصيل الحجز. وتُعدّ متحكماً بالبيانات بشكل مستقل فيما يخص تلك البيانات، وتتحمل مسؤولية الامتثال للنظام. تقدم بوكّا هذه البيانات حصراً للوفاء بالحجوزات؛ ولا يجوز استخدامها لأغراض أخرى دون أساس قانوني وموافقة مستقلين.
Bokka uses merchant personal data to: (a) establish and administer your account; (b) verify the legitimacy of your business; (c) facilitate Bookings between you and Customers; (d) provide merchant support; (e) process payment settlements (when the payments module launches); (f) generate account performance reports; (g) comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations; and (h) prevent fraud and abuse.
تستخدم بوكّا البيانات الشخصية للتاجر من أجل: (أ) إنشاء حسابك وإدارته؛ (ب) التحقق من مشروعية نشاطك؛ (ج) تسهيل الحجوزات بينك وبين العملاء؛ (د) تقديم دعم التجار؛ (هـ) معالجة تسويات الدفع (عند إطلاق وحدة الدفع)؛ (و) إعداد تقارير أداء الحساب؛ (ز) الامتثال للالتزامات القانونية والضريبية والتنظيمية؛ (ح) منع الاحتيال والإساءة.
Bokka relies on: (a) performance of the contract between Bokka and the Merchant (Merchant Agreement and these Terms); (b) compliance with legal obligations (tax, ZATCA e-invoicing, Commercial Registration requirements); (c) Bokka's legitimate interests (verification, fraud prevention, service improvement); and (d) your consent for optional features.
تعتمد بوكّا على: (أ) تنفيذ العقد بين بوكّا والتاجر (اتفاقية التاجر وهذه الشروط)؛ (ب) الامتثال للالتزامات القانونية (الضرائب، والفاتورة الإلكترونية لهيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك، ومتطلبات السجل التجاري)؛ (ج) مصالح بوكّا المشروعة (التحقق، ومنع الاحتيال، وتحسين الخدمة)؛ (د) موافقتك على الميزات الاختيارية.
Bokka shares merchant data only with: (a) Bokka internal teams on a need-to-know basis; (b) service providers supporting the Service (cloud hosting, mobile push-notification providers, SMS gateway providers, WhatsApp for merchant support, and verification services), bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations; (c) tax, regulatory, or other government authorities as required by law (including ZATCA when payments launch); and (d) an acquirer or successor in a business transfer. Bokka does not sell merchant-identifiable commercial information.
تشارك بوكّا بيانات التاجر فقط مع: (أ) فرق بوكّا الداخلية وفقاً لمبدأ الحاجة للمعرفة؛ (ب) مزوّدي الخدمات الداعمين للخدمة (الاستضافة السحابية، ومزوّدي إشعارات الجوال، ومزوّدي بوابات الرسائل النصية، والواتساب لأغراض دعم التاجر، وخدمات التحقق)، وهم ملزمون بالسرية وحماية البيانات؛ (ج) الجهات الضريبية أو التنظيمية أو الحكومية عند الاقتضاء (بما في ذلك هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك عند إطلاق الدفع)؛ (د) المستحوذ أو الخلف في حال انتقال النشاط. ولا تبيع بوكّا المعلومات التجارية التي تحدد هوية التاجر.
Bokka's primary databases and backups are hosted within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Certain operational providers — notably mobile push-notification providers, SMS gateway providers, and WhatsApp (Meta) — may be established outside the Kingdom and process data outside the Kingdom to the extent necessary to deliver communications. Where such transfers occur, Bokka relies on contractual safeguards and PDPL-compliant mechanisms.
تُستضاف قواعد بيانات بوكّا الأساسية ونسخها الاحتياطية داخل المملكة العربية السعودية. وقد تكون بعض جهات التشغيل — لا سيما مزوّدو إشعارات الجوال، ومزوّدو بوابات الرسائل النصية، وواتساب (ميتا) — مُنشأةً خارج المملكة، وتعالج البيانات خارج المملكة بالقدر الضروري لإيصال الاتصالات. وعند حدوث مثل هذا النقل، تعتمد بوكّا على ضمانات تعاقدية وآليات متوافقة مع النظام.
Bokka retains merchant data only as long as necessary: (a) account and business data — for the duration of the Merchant Agreement and up to 5 years after termination; (b) financial records — as required by Saudi tax and accounting laws; (c) support communications — for 3 years.
تحتفظ بوكّا ببيانات التاجر فقط للمدة الضرورية: (أ) بيانات الحساب والمنشأة — طوال مدة اتفاقية التاجر ولمدة تصل إلى 5 سنوات بعد إنهائها؛ (ب) السجلات المالية — وفقاً لما تتطلبه الأنظمة الضريبية والمحاسبية السعودية؛ (ج) اتصالات الدعم — لمدة 3 سنوات.
Under the PDPL, the Merchant and its authorized representatives have the right to: (a) be informed about processing; (b) access their data; (c) request correction or deletion (subject to legal retention); (d) restrict or object to certain processing; (e) withdraw consent where processing is consent-based; (f) portability in a standard format; and (g) lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA). Contact privacy@bokka.sa to exercise any of these rights. Bokka responds within 30 days and may ask you to verify identity and authority.
بموجب النظام، يحق للتاجر وممثليه المفوضين: (أ) معرفة كيفية المعالجة؛ (ب) الوصول إلى بياناتهم؛ (ج) طلب التصحيح أو الحذف (مع مراعاة الاحتفاظ القانوني)؛ (د) تقييد بعض المعالجة أو الاعتراض عليها؛ (هـ) سحب الموافقة حيث تكون المعالجة مبنية عليها؛ (و) نقل البيانات بصيغة قياسية؛ (ز) تقديم شكوى للهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا). للتواصل: privacy@bokka.sa. ترد بوكّا خلال 30 يوماً وقد نطلب التحقق من الهوية والصلاحية.
Bokka applies reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect merchant data, including encryption in transit and at rest and access controls. Merchants remain responsible for securing their own accounts, devices, and staff credentials.
تطبّق بوكّا ضمانات إدارية وتقنية ومادية معقولة لحماية بيانات التاجر، بما في ذلك التشفير أثناء النقل والتخزين وضوابط الوصول. ويظل التجار مسؤولين عن تأمين حساباتهم وأجهزتهم وبيانات اعتماد موظفيهم.
If a personal data breach is likely to cause significant harm, Bokka will notify affected Merchants and the competent authority without undue delay and in accordance with the timeframes required by the PDPL. The notice will describe the nature of the breach, the categories of data involved, and the measures taken or recommended.
إذا كان خرق للبيانات الشخصية يُحتمل أن يُلحق ضرراً جسيماً، ستقوم بوكّا بإشعار التجار المتأثرين والجهة المختصة دون تأخير غير مبرر ووفقاً للمدد التي يتطلبها النظام. ويصف الإشعار طبيعة الخرق وفئات البيانات المتأثرة والتدابير المتخذة أو الموصى بها.
