Bokka collects the minimum data needed to help you book appointments — name, phone, email, and bookings. Bokka shares it only with the merchant you book with and the providers who deliver Bokka's messages. Bokka does not sell your data. Your main data stays in Saudi Arabia. You can ask Bokka to show, correct, or delete your data at any time: privacy@bokka.sa.
تجمع بوكّا الحد الأدنى من البيانات اللازمة لمساعدتك على الحجز — الاسم والجوال والبريد والحجوزات. وتشاركها بوكّا فقط مع التاجر الذي تحجز معه ومع الجهات التي توصل رسائل بوكّا. ولا تبيع بوكّا بياناتك. وتبقى بياناتك الرئيسية داخل المملكة. ويمكنك في أي وقت طلب عرضها أو تصحيحها أو حذفها من بوكّا عبر: privacy@bokka.sa.
By ticking the "I Accept" checkbox or equivalent control in the Bokka Customer app, or by continuing to use the Service after being presented with this Privacy Policy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Policy. Such acceptance is legally binding and, in accordance with the Electronic Transactions Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Royal Decree M/18), has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature. Bokka records the user identifier, the IP address, the date and time, and the version of this Policy accepted, as evidence of acceptance.
بتحديدك مربع "أوافق" أو ما يعادله في تطبيق بوكّا للعملاء، أو باستمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد عرض سياسة الخصوصية هذه عليك، فإنك تؤكد أنك قرأت هذه السياسة وفهمتها وقبلتها. ويُعدّ هذا القبول ملزماً قانوناً، ويكون له — وفقاً لنظام التعاملات الإلكترونية في المملكة العربية السعودية الصادر بالمرسوم الملكي م/18 — أثر التوقيع اليدوي ذاته. وتسجّل بوكّا معرّف المستخدم وعنوان IP وتاريخ ووقت القبول ورقم إصدار هذه السياسة المقبولة كدليل على القبول.
This Privacy Policy describes how Bokka collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data when you use the Bokka Customer app (the "Service"). Bokka collects: (a) Registration data — name, mobile number, email, and encrypted password; (b) Profile data — optional photo, gender, date of birth, and service preferences; (c) Booking data — services booked, dates, times, merchants, and cancellation history; (d) Communications — messages with Merchants and Bokka support; (e) Device and usage data — device identifier, operating system, app version, IP address, and timestamps; (f) Location data — approximate location, only when you grant permission, for nearby-Merchant search.
تجمع بوكّا ما يلي: (أ) بيانات التسجيل — الاسم، ورقم الجوال، والبريد الإلكتروني، وكلمة المرور المشفّرة؛ (ب) بيانات الملف الشخصي — صورة اختيارية، والجنس، وتاريخ الميلاد، وتفضيلات الخدمة؛ (ج) بيانات الحجز — الخدمات، والتواريخ، والأوقات، والتجار، وسجل الإلغاءات؛ (د) الاتصالات — الرسائل مع التجار ومع دعم بوكّا؛ (هـ) بيانات الجهاز والاستخدام — معرّف الجهاز، ونظام التشغيل، وإصدار التطبيق، وعنوان IP، والطوابع الزمنية؛ (و) بيانات الموقع — الموقع التقريبي فقط عند منحك الإذن، للبحث عن التجار القريبين.
Bokka uses your data to: (a) create and manage your account; (b) process and confirm your Bookings; (c) send booking confirmations, reminders, and cancellation notices; (d) respond to support inquiries; (e) improve the Service through aggregate and anonymized analysis; (f) detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; (g) comply with legal obligations.
تستخدم بوكّا بياناتك من أجل: (أ) إنشاء حسابك وإدارته؛ (ب) معالجة حجوزاتك وتأكيدها؛ (ج) إرسال تأكيدات الحجز وتذكيراته وإشعارات الإلغاء؛ (د) الرد على استفسارات الدعم؛ (هـ) تحسين الخدمة عبر تحليلات مجمّعة ومجهولة الهوية؛ (و) اكتشاف الاحتيال والإساءة والحوادث الأمنية ومنعها؛ (ز) الامتثال للالتزامات القانونية.
Bokka relies on one or more of: (a) your consent (for optional features); (b) performance of the contract between you and Bokka (for account and booking functions); (c) Bokka's legitimate interests in service improvement and fraud prevention, balanced against your rights; and (d) legal obligations.
تعتمد بوكّا على واحد أو أكثر من: (أ) موافقتك (للميزات الاختيارية)؛ (ب) تنفيذ العقد بينك وبين بوكّا (لوظائف الحساب والحجز)؛ (ج) مصالح بوكّا المشروعة في تحسين الخدمة ومنع الاحتيال، مع موازنتها مع حقوقك؛ (د) الالتزامات القانونية.
Bokka shares your data only with: (a) Merchants you book with — limited to name, phone number, and booking details; (b) service providers supporting the Service (cloud hosting, mobile push-notification providers, and SMS gateway providers), bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations; (c) government authorities or courts when required by law; and (d) an acquirer or successor in a business transfer, subject to equivalent privacy protections. Bokka does not sell your personal data.
تشارك بوكّا بياناتك فقط مع: (أ) التجار الذين تحجز معهم — ومقتصرةً على الاسم ورقم الهاتف وتفاصيل الحجز؛ (ب) مزوّدي الخدمات الداعمين للخدمة (الاستضافة السحابية، ومزوّدي إشعارات الجوال، ومزوّدي بوابات الرسائل النصية)، وهم ملزمون بالسرية وحماية البيانات؛ (ج) الجهات الحكومية أو المحاكم عند الاقتضاء قانوناً؛ (د) المستحوذ أو الخلف في حال انتقال النشاط، بشرط حماية خصوصية مكافئة. ولا تبيع بوكّا بياناتك الشخصية.
Bokka's primary databases and backups are hosted within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Certain operational service providers — notably mobile push-notification providers and SMS gateway providers — may be established outside the Kingdom and process data outside the Kingdom to the extent necessary to deliver notifications to you. Where such transfers occur, Bokka relies on contractual safeguards and PDPL-compliant mechanisms for cross-border transfer.
تُستضاف قواعد بيانات بوكّا الأساسية ونسخها الاحتياطية داخل المملكة العربية السعودية. وقد تكون بعض جهات تشغيل الخدمات — لا سيما مزوّدو إشعارات الجوال ومزوّدو بوابات الرسائل النصية — مُنشأةً خارج المملكة، وتعالج البيانات خارج المملكة بالقدر الضروري لإيصال الإشعارات إليك. وعند حدوث مثل هذا النقل، تعتمد بوكّا على ضمانات تعاقدية وآليات متوافقة مع النظام لنقل البيانات عبر الحدود.
Bokka retains your data only as long as necessary: (a) account data — while your account is active and up to 24 months after closure; (b) booking data — for 5 years for legal and dispute-resolution purposes; (c) support communications — for 3 years.
تحتفظ بوكّا ببياناتك فقط للمدة الضرورية: (أ) بيانات الحساب — ما دام حسابك نشطاً وحتى 24 شهراً بعد إغلاقه؛ (ب) بيانات الحجز — لمدة 5 سنوات لأغراض قانونية وتسوية نزاعات؛ (ج) اتصالات الدعم — لمدة 3 سنوات.
Under the PDPL, you have the right to: (a) be informed about how your data is processed; (b) access your data; (c) request correction of inaccurate data; (d) request deletion (subject to legal retention); (e) restrict or object to certain processing; (f) receive a copy of your data in a machine-readable format (portability); (g) withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and (h) lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA). To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@bokka.sa. Bokka responds within 30 days and may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.
بموجب النظام، يحق لك: (أ) معرفة كيف تُعالج بياناتك؛ (ب) الوصول إلى بياناتك؛ (ج) طلب تصحيح البيانات غير الدقيقة؛ (د) طلب الحذف (مع مراعاة الاحتفاظ القانوني)؛ (هـ) تقييد بعض المعالجة أو الاعتراض عليها؛ (و) استلام نسخة من بياناتك بصيغة قابلة للقراءة آلياً (نقل البيانات)؛ (ز) سحب الموافقة حيث تكون المعالجة مبنية عليها؛ (ح) تقديم شكوى إلى الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا). لممارسة أي من هذه الحقوق: privacy@bokka.sa. وترد بوكّا خلال 30 يوماً، وقد نطلب منك التحقق من هويتك قبل المعالجة.
Bokka uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but Bokka works to prevent unauthorized access.
تستخدم بوكّا ضمانات إدارية وتقنية ومادية معقولة لحماية بياناتك، بما في ذلك التشفير أثناء النقل والتخزين وضوابط الوصول. ولا يوجد نظام آمن تماماً، لكنّ بوكّا تعمل على منع الوصول غير المصرح به.
If a personal data breach is likely to cause significant harm to you, Bokka will notify you and the competent authority without undue delay and in accordance with the timeframes required by the PDPL. The notice will describe the nature of the breach, the categories of data involved, and the measures taken or recommended in response.
إذا كان خرق للبيانات الشخصية يُحتمل أن يُلحق ضرراً جسيماً بك، ستقوم بوكّا بإشعارك وإشعار الجهة المختصة دون تأخير غير مبرر ووفقاً للمدد التي يتطلبها النظام. وسيصف الإشعار طبيعة الخرق وفئات البيانات المتأثرة والتدابير المتخذة أو الموصى بها.
The Service is intended for users aged 18 and above. Bokka does not knowingly collect personal data from users under 18 without verified parental or guardian consent. If you believe a minor has provided Bokka with personal data, contact privacy@bokka.sa.
الخدمة مخصصة لمن هم في سن 18 فما فوق. ولا تجمع بوكّا عن علم بيانات شخصية من قاصرين دون موافقة موثّقة من ولي الأمر أو الوصي. إذا كنت تعتقد أن قاصراً قدّم بيانات، تواصل مع: privacy@bokka.sa.
